Managing Director
Civil/Structural Engineer
Eng. Gibson is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of Structural/Civil Engineering Services and Project Coordination of Building projects. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, he possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, as well as an Institute Management of Information Systems (IMIS) Diploma from Strathmore University College. He is a registered professional engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya.
Gibson has demonstrated exceptional skills and experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams in building and civil engineering. He is well-versed in various modelling, design, and analysis software such as Revit Structure, Robot Structural Analysis, Etabs and Prokon Analysis design.
He has played a crucial role in the successful completion of several high-profile residential and commercial projects including Two Rivers Lifestyle Mall, Britam Tower in Kenya, City Lodge Hotel in Tanzania, Jetty Construction in Somalia, I&M Bank Headquarters in Rwanda, AL Bustan North Project in Qatar, OAG (Oman Aviation Group) Project in Oman as well as KAFD (King Abdullah Financial District) Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Faith is a well-rounded professional with experience in both Civil Engineering and Business Administration. She graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and has further honed her skills through various programs such as an entrepreneurship program with Sinapis 2017, and an alumni of Cherie Blair Foundation for Women Road to Growth program 2021.
As a Civil Engineer, Faith has developed expertise in the preparation of works programs and schedule of activities, technical and performance audits of roads, compilation and preparation of technical and performance audit reports. She is proficient in geometric design of highways using RoadEng software, Civil CAD software, production, editing and compilation of road plans and profiles, and preparing cost estimates.
Faith's background in business administration allows her to bring a unique perspective to the company. She has developed and implemented viable and effective business strategies and continuously supervises the company to ensure the vision is realized and the mission accomplished. Her combination of technical and business skills make her an asset to the company.
CAD/BIM Technician
Associate Engineer
Edwin is a skilled CAD Technician with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He has developed a strong proficiency in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit Structure.
Edwin graduated with a diploma in civil engineering from Kenya Institute of Highways, Buildings and Technology. He has been actively involved in the detailing of structural elements for various residential projects, demonstrating his ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and models to support the design and construction process.
His technical expertise in CAD software and his experience in the field of civil engineering make him a valuable asset to our organization. He is committed to delivering accurate and efficient work and continues to improve his skills through continued professional development.

Kennedy is experienced in managing and executing diverse construction projects. He is skilled in designing and overseeing the construction of structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Proficient in utilizing engineering software and technologies to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
