A registered professional engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya, Gibson embodies both technical expertise and a strong commitment to industry standards.

Over the years, Gibson has honed his skills with proficiency in advanced modeling, design, and analysis software, including Revit Structure, Robot Structural Analysis, Etabs, and Prokon. His coordination and management skills are backed by a portfolio of high-profile projects across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. Notable achievements include his roles in the development of the Two Rivers Lifestyle Mall and Britam Tower in Kenya, City Lodge Hotel in Tanzania, and international projects like the AL Bustan North Project in Qatar and the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Saudi Arabia.

She combines her engineering background with a proven track record in customer relations, business development, financial and tax affairs, and human resource management.

An alumna of the Sinapis Entrepreneurship program and the Cherie Blair Foundation’s Road to Growth, Road to Leadership, and Business Mentorship programs, Faith brings a wealth of entrepreneurial insights and leadership skills.
